The Famous Blogger Who Sold his furniture to Pay his Taxes

All of you know that I am hosting a contest on our Famous Bloggers and Making Money Online blog, and our Prizes are getting higher and higher as our Sponsors are so kind and doing a great work on this contest, so I am not afraid of selling my furniture or anything from that- I hope not, even it’s still new and I won’t let anyone take it from me. I just thought about it because sometimes I got excited with this Best of the Best Famous Bloggers contest, and I am getting crazy like I want to spend more money on it, specially the cash prizes, but I really don’t want to be the blogger who sold his furniture to pay his taxes, so .. I am keeping asking my self.. Should I stop thinking this way?!

Do the New FTC Guidelines Affect me?

I have no idea yet! But guys, I came across this great post by Kristi about the New FTC Guidelines, I am not in the mode of 100% understanding this new FTC Guidelines, and I am not sure if it has any relationship with my blogging earnings and my situation as a blogger, but I think you all must check and read it, and if you understand anything tell me because I am a little confused about Laws here. All what I did is that I changed my information and updating my Taxes situation on all my earnings accounts to avoid any possible problem in the future. But I am wondering if someone earns from my blog contest, and I send him cash via PayPal, in this case I am spending and he is earning, so what If I am earning by the same way? (What is the situation of blog contest prizes?)

Who is going to surprise me by the end of the year?

I believe also that my bills are higher than my earnings, and it will be the same for some time until I can improve my blogging and advertisement earnings, I already pay taxes for my sponsored reviews, also Google AdSense has my Taxes info. So who is going to ask me for more taxes? (Just wondering!)

I really don’t want to be the blogger who sold his furniture to pay his taxes. Anyways maybe the title of this post will keep the Taxes people away from here

Famous Bloggers are Driving Me Crazy!

Finally! and after working for the last two days with out getting enough rest, I was able to develop and shot the new Famous Bloggers blog, FamousBloggers.net, Famous Bloggers is going to be a corporation blog and Social Network for Making Money Online Tips, so, it’s going to be the place to contribute, as I will keep the NewMediaBloggers.com blog for the interviews with the FBC100 members, We are going to be really serious about creating a fun, safe, rewarding, and effective Social Network platform on the new blog for newbies and people who would like to learn how to make money from blogging.

During the last a few days I was checking a few websites that I really like and I follow, and I am dreaming for that day to come true, and we be able to see FamousBloggers.net a really famous blog like those blogs, Mashable.com, WebProNews.com and BloggingTips.com.

But Why we will need another blog?

Actually there will be a big difference between all those blogs that I mentioned and Famousbloggers.net, the main difference is FamousBloggers. net will be covering Making Money Tips and Ideas, and this is the major difference that will keep it unique and one of it’s kind, and also the contributors of FamousBloggers.net are going to concentrate on Making Money online and driving traffic topics and tricks, and they will provide us with some monthly reports about their revenue and how they could pump it and increase by their own experience!

I can say that there is so many ideas to write about them, and they are going to be so useful for all of, of course all this in addition to the personal promotion that everybody will get, and this is one of my main targets from this project.

I have added a few Google AdSense unites to FamousBloggers.net in a try to cover the costs, I am planning to spend all the earnings back to the community in a way or another. So.. I will be developing some good and simple ideas in a try to make everybody happy with that!

Don’t forget me.. I am just Moving to another Country

Yeah! and I am realy tired as the thumb of the post tells. For several times, I was thinking to tell you about me moving to another country at the end of this month, but I was imagining that I can finalize some good work on my projects while staying in Egypt and before I leave, but now it’s the time to say Good Bye my friends, I will have to stop blogging for a few days, or maybe weeks, so here is some things I would like to tell you before I go!

I am getting ready these days to move, I am not going to move to another house or another city, but this time I am moving to another country with my best friend and wife Hayat, so after living together for 3 years in Egypt, we finally decided to move to USA, so.. it’s a big and hard task for me at the mean time and it will may effect my online biz until I knows exactly where I will stay and where I am going to live!

Tons of stuff to do!

So.. I am dividing my mind into two work stations, one work station is here in Egypt where I had to quit my full time job last month and trying to re-arrange my self and close open files, finalizing some unfinished work, and visits to family that I am going to miss them so much, and the other mind work station is for fixing things on USA in order to make this step smoothly as I can!

I am not going to say any names, because you know who you are, and I don’t want to forget about anyone, I thank you all for the great support!

For the FBC100’s:

I am so proud of you all, if you didn’t get your interview published then now you know why, I will start publishing and developing the club to continue all what we were doing, and the good news is that we have three contributors now on New Media Bloggers Blog, and I hope to find more contributor requests from the club!

This article discussed the three most popular methods. So.. Let’s talk about these three methods one by one!

The first method:

Is get paid to blog. Using this method, you create your blog and add a few good articles to it. Then you sign-up with paid blogging networks like Pay Per Post or Review Me and see what “opportunities” are available. These networks are filled with advertisers looking for blogger who can help them spread the word, and they are willing to pay. Accept the opportunity, write about it on your blog, and you get paid.

The second method:

Is AdSense WordPress blogs and it requires a little more technical know-how. You need to build a WordPress blog on a specific niche topic, and start writing some good content on it. At the same time, try to get links from other blogs by leaving comment on the blogs or by doing a link exchange with the blogger. The objective is to get more traffic who will click on your AdSense ads and make you money.

The third and most sophisticated method:

Is affiliate marketing with WordPress blogs. Again, you set-up a good WordPress blog but with this model the amount of content you publish is not as important as the “selling quality” of the content. Each post you write must pre-sell the web visitor and convince him to click on your affiliate links. When the visitor makes a purchase online after that, you get credited for the sale and earn commissions.

Ultimately, which model you choose depends on how much time and resources you can dedicate to creating and managing your blogs. Your best bet is to choose a low-investment option at first. When you get the hang of it, you can venture into other blogging models as well.

What is the Future of Famous Bloggers Club FBC100

When I first launched New Media Bloggers I was having more than 100 blog post ideas! I have focused the blog home page to show a social layout, I made a plan to attract readers for long time!

After publishing a few great interviews with FBC100 members I am still thinking about the future of the community and the blog! I am thinking about what is the importance of the club and how it can bring benefits to members. Is it going to be a blog for bloggers interviews? Is it going to organize new contests in the future? What else FBC100 will have for it’s members!

I didn’t think of Famous bloggers Club as just another blog that will contain 100 posts of member’s interviews and that’s it, I don’t want to limit the FBC100 to this, I am thinking lots about the FBC100 future!

If you visit the New Media Bloggers about page you will find the following: “NMBloggers is a Social Network for Making Money Online built on the contributions of its users. We are serious about creating a fun, safe, rewarding, and effective Social Network for Making Money Online, help us to make it a better place for everyone.”!

So.. that was the reason behind establishing this website, the goal is to create a trusted community and this is why it’s limited to 100 bloggers only to make the management of this community more easier and guarantee the full connectivity between it’s members specially most of members knows each other because there is so many familiar faces on the Club, and that means we are not new to each other, but we are getting to know each other more, and this could include all platforms of cooperation between FBC100 members if we can keep it a healthy and successful environment!

My Idea is:

To create a friendly community, all members can get to know each others in easy way, this is why interviews was publish to introduce members to each other and to the world, so.. during to process of completing the 100 membership members, I will be thinking about the way how members should interact and cooperate. We will set rules for it.

As you can see, FBC100 members is from different niches, prospects, and they also have different skills but the only thing they share all together is all members are so active persons which leads to the good part of my idea, I listed here a few points to discuss and looking forward to expand this discussion with you:

FBC100 could be a social network for Making Money Online
FBC100 could be a nice place for pronouncing your contests and help you getting sponsors.
Ask members for uniting and projects cooperation!
Another idea is to have a job board on FBC100, so all members can post about their needs of design, developing, and marketing and other related stuff!

Should FBC100 have it’s own social network application? Or it’s better to keep it simple as a blog?

I want to listen to your opinion about what this community can give, I want to know what you want to see on FBC100, I really need your help on that, so plz shout any ideas comes into your mind!

How to add Thumbnails and links to WP-polls Plugin Voting System?

All of us knows that WP-polls plugin is a very good plugin for creating polls on WordPress blogs, but maybe people don’t know that you can add thumbnails and links to polls. So.. Today’s Trick is about how to enhance your poll and make it looks cool, specially if you are running a poll for a design contest, or a best blog contest.

Ching Ya of Social @ Blogging Tracker asked me about which plugin I am using to run Famous Bloggers Club contest as it’s limiting the votes to only one vote per person! so I am going to explain it and tell you also the trick I am using to add a thumbnail and a link to the participants blogs!

I have to say that I was inspired by Keller who runs the Best WordPress Design Contest of 2009, and oh.. By the way.. It’s a good chance to you to VOTE for new media bloggers blog if you think it has a good design that you really like!

OK! If you are looking for the best way to create a poll that prevent people from voting more than once on the poll then try out WP-polls plugin for WordPress, and following this simple trick will let you easily add thumbnails links to the poll items which will make it so easy for people to vote!

How to add Thumbnails and Links to WP-polls?

You can add any image you want simply by HTML to show the image or the link instead of using text, as some people will think that they are limited to add text only on the poll fields, but this is not true, you can add what ever HTML code you like, but don’t miss with that too much, just try to keep it simple and clean!

How to Build a High Rank About-Us Page for your Domain Name or Blog

From time to another I open my Browser and Search Google, I do search not just for search, but I am looking and trying to study the search results, and I notice that I can get a High Rank “about page” for my Domain Name, Blog or Biz at Aboutus.org.

Check out this about Mashable.com page and you will know what I mean! I am going now to try this out, I am going to create About Zebida.com Blog page, so I created a new account and started the magic!

It was really lots of fun while creating this page, but I was having some difficulties in the beginning, I was not able to add images to the about us text area, anyways I found an idea, as aboutus.org which has a PR of 6 is a wiki, and that means I can edit any page and find out how they made it, I decided to open Mashable.com page and try to learn from it, and here we go.. I have a new about page!

Let me tell you about my tweets from last week, this is how I create blog posts by expanding my tweets on Twitter, The last two weeks I have done some super interviews with Famous Bloggers Club members, I think nothing can stop FBC Club from getting Famous! I am going to start with news from FBC, and then I will let you enjoy my tweets, and we will end with a special video interview by James King made specially for FBC.

Famous Bloggers Club news:

I have changed the Famous Bloggers Club theme I was using the new eNews ElegantThemes, I got a few feedbacks about the theme, some of my friends was talking about using the green scheme of the theme, but since I have designed everything using blue scheme I think I will continue using this blue Scheme, anyways the different between color schemes in eNews theme is just about the color of links and the top menu background color, so I am going to keep using the blue scheme and I will try to customize it in the coming days!

I really had a hard time to fix member’s photos to work fine as a thumbnail for the interview posts, and because the main page has a different sizes to preview the thumbnail photos I am going to ask you to send me a high quality photos attached to the interview answers to make everything look good and fancy!
