Where is the experts in this country? I am always asking myself this question again and again, I am still not satisfied with the answer. This story began when the company I used to work on it was welling to hire some people to work in the same section I was working, the job was simple as it’s all editorial and moderation work, I was one of the responsible team to interview and choose from application we received, I am not sure of the exact number of people who apply for the job, but the team agree on interview and test about 40 person. I am telling you this story just to let you know how much I was surprised when no one passed the test!
Why we Failed when we tried to employee someone?
This happened like three times in one year during journey to find someone who can do the job, so just imagine every time we wanted to employ someone we fail, because they are not familiar with the job at all, they don’t even have the minimum requirements from the job. So.. the question is coming alone.. Why they applied then? And where we can find the one who deserve the job?
I was trying to answer this questions that came into my mind but still not satisfied with the answers. I think those people who applied for the job just need to work so badly, or it’s their motivation to work was so high that they applied for the wrong job. But when I tried to find out where is the experts I found my self facing another question.. Do you think all experts are working for great companies and they already hired?
Do you agree with me?
Of course not all the experts are working for big companies, they are divided by their interests, maybe lots of them changed their minds about been working for some company and already started their own biz, maybe some of them are still thinking about it, so they will never apply for a new job, and another one important thing that I have to mention is that experts in some conditions leave their important jobs and do something else not in their carrier path.
This is weird!
I don’t know.. I just want to understand what is happening in this world, why we can not find employees and workers some times while we have good offers?
“Where is the experts…”? Run-on sentences everywhere? Your English is absolutely PATHETIC. You can be “highly self-motivated and goal-oriented” all you like, but a professional you certainly are NOT. You are a joke.

It’s always risky. Personally, I rarely trust the experts. And you can’t go by instinct alone, but it’s possible that someone smart and hard-working but with little direct experience could learn quickly. He or she might respond perfectly to the company’s pace and position. And if you give someone a chance, he or she may repay you with loyalty.
Of course this idea is impossible if you’re looking for a surgeon or anyone else responsible for life or death.

@ Kathleen, you reached a good point, and actually this is exactly what we thought about, hiring fresh graduate person and educate him, also we don’t have to pay too much in this case for a salary.
so it’s good for both sides, company and employee.
You gave me an idea that could be a subject for a coming post, I think women are more loyal than men for the company they work for.

maybe the employers are too demand nowadays.
but i agree with the step – big companies nowadays need a lot of intelligent + hardworking people.
there’s a lot of unemployed person nowadays. it’s a sad thing.

@ alone – Yes, it’s true.. but I believe the reason is they don’t have enough experience or motivation for work. Like in USA for example, there is lots of people who actually don’t want to work. This also is happening in the middle east.. lots of people won’t accept to work because low salaries offers for them, they think that the first job they should have is to be a manager of a company not less than that
